Oracle Health is looking for a driven Lead Account Executive to manage the overall relationship for a Key Strategic Client in New South Wales. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organisation, developing and advancing growth strategies and revenue in addition to overseeing all aspects of Oracle Health related engagement. The role serves as the escalation point for the client and facilitates the resolution of issues requiring executive attention, advocating on behalf of the client with Oracle. The role is responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record managing successful HCIT engagements in a large complex setting, driving growth and high levels of client satisfaction and referenceability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex client relationship(s) and advocate for the client within Oracle
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with c-suite executive leadership and across the client organization
  • Build sales pipeline and growth by identifying opportunities for existing Oracle Health portfolio as well as positioning broader Oracle offerings such as OCI and Fusion.
  • Lead all aspects of all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction
  • Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed
  • Continuously grow the client satisfaction and reference-ability of the client to and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship
  • Support the effective and efficient operational management of the client including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and contractual interactions
  • Serve as the customer’s point of escalation and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention
