Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Specialist to join our team and drive impactful creator engagement at scale on a professional networking platform where individuals can connect, share, and discover career opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of creators focused on business-oriented content, particularly in video creation. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting creators as they expand their influence and content reach on. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in social media, community engagement, and digital brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creator Identification: Identify high-potential content creator relevant to a business audience, with a focus on video creators who can engage audiences effectively,
  • Creator Outreach and Engagement: Independently manage outreach to creators using a variety of communication channels (email, DM, phone) with pre-defined scripts and outreach strategies, sharing resources, best practices, and content guidelines,
  • Onboarding and Education: Lead onboarding efforts with creators, equipping them with strategies to maximize engagement on the platform, particularly through impactful video content,
  • Asset Sharing and Content Guidance: Provide creators with curated assets, guidance on best practices, and insights on content submission for alignment with the platform and audience standards,
  • Tracking and Reporting: Independently track creator submissions, monitor engagement, and use tracking links to measure performance, ensuring seamless monitoring without duplicated outreach using tools like Bowtie and custom trackers,
  • Profile Monitoring and Follow-Up: Regularly monitor and follow up on creator profiles and content, ensuring creators are consistently engaging their audiences and receiving timely feedback,
  • CRM and Lead Management: Upload all active creators into CRM systems, ensuring streamlined tracking, follow-up, and progress monitoring,
  • Collaboration with Professional News Editors and CM Teams: Work closely with Platform Content Managers (CMs) to facilitate smooth handoffs for ongoing creator cultivation and management, supporting additional processes

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German language at least C1 level and English at B2 level,
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach, adept at connecting with creators in multiple languages,
  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media management, influencer/community management, or digital brand representation,
  • Digital Experience: Strong understanding of social media dynamics, creator trends, and digital branding, especially related to video content and influencer engagement,
  • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical ability to track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and provide strategic insights to optimize content,
  • Independent Operation: Ability to manage creator engagement independently, using structured yet flexible engagement frameworks to maximize impact,
  • Negotiation Skills: Moderate negotiation skills to foster and maintain productive creator relationships, supporting effective collaboration
