Job description

We are looking for an experienced SMM targeting specialist with at least three years of experience to manage multi-language social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of launching and optimizing targeted ad campaigns and the ability to work with diverse audiences. The specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve marketing goals across various regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing multi-language advertising campaigns on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Developing targeting strategies for different audiences across regions.
  • Optimizing campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and continuously improving results.
  • Collaborating with content and creative teams to create relevant ad materials in different languages.
  • Conducting audience research to identify segments, interests, and behaviors for more accurate targeting.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Preparing campaign performance reports, analyzing insights, and developing recommendations for further improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in social media advertising.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in targeted advertising.
  • Proven experience managing ad campaigns on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) in different languages.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign results and implement optimizations.
  • Knowledge of targeting strategies, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for multilingual campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to effectively manage advertising budgets and optimize costs.
