Business Development Manager – South West and Midlands - Base salary £42,000 + Attractive Commission Package + Fully Expensed Company Vehicle

At Stiltz Homelifts we’re seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team, develop and maintain strong B2B and Local Authority sales relationships within the South West and Midlands. As Business Development Manager, you will have an opportunity to drive growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to Stiltz ongoing success.

What you’ll do:

As Business Development Manager, you will be covering the South West and Midlands developing Local Authority and Trade Sales, promoting our award winning Stiltz Homelifts.

  • Business Development: Promote Stiltz innovative products and services, identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Customer Focus: Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Thinking: Understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage sales activities, including technical surveys, quotations, and report generation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Significant experience of selling to the public sector/local authorities and business to business (B2B).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A full valid UK driving license
  • Located in Midlands / South West region
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office including; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

This is a fully remote role covering South West / Midlands regions. Ideally, you will be based within the Midlands / South West (Post Code regions: B TF CF NP BR GL WR HR SY TF WV DY WS CV GL SN BA NN LE PE)
