Product Owner

Our client, a white label casino operator, is searching for a skilled and driven Product Owner to join their rapidly growing global team. As they prepare for an exciting launch in early Q1, this role will be pivotal in shaping the development of their online casino brand from the ground up. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence the product’s direction in a dynamic, fully remote environment, all with the goal of delivering an exceptional gaming experience for players.

Responsibilities

As Product Owner, the selected candidate will be instrumental in steering the product's vision and execution. Working with an outsourced development team, their responsibilities will include:

• Defining a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, overseeing end-to-end product development, and maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on market analysis and stakeholder input.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and fostering a creative, collaborative environment that emphasizes an intuitive, user-centered experience.
• Monitoring the iGaming market, staying up-to-date on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.
• Coordinating and managing product release plans to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing measures to address challenges in product development and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner, including end-to-end product development on the operator side.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to gather requirements effectively and convey technical information.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and support developers empathetically.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify various scenarios and potential improvements.
• Strong track record in writing clear documentation and task specifications in JIRA.
