Job description

Job Title: Configuration Analyst (Clinical Care Advance)

Contract: 6-Month Contract, with high possibility of extension through a year. 

Location: Remote, candidate must reside in one of the following states: OR, WA, ID, AK, AZ, FL, and NJ. 

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst with expertise in Clinical Care Advance (CCA) to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, maintain, and optimize Clinical Care Advance systems to support clinical operations and enhance workflow efficiencies.
 
What You Will Do:
  • Configure, implement, and maintain Clinical Care Advance (CCA) systems to support clinical and operational processes.
  • Analyze system requirements, map configurations, and recommend enhancements for optimized performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, clinical staff, and IT teams to ensure configurations align with business and clinical needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Conduct testing and validation of configured systems to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Clinical Care Advance and healthcare technology systems.
 
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Configuration Analyst or similar role, specifically with Clinical Care Advance (CCA).
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency in configuration and data management within Clinical Care Advance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with other healthcare information systems, such as EHR/EMR systems.
