Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to reach and engage our target audience effectively.

The Role

  • Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, utilizing A/B testing to identify top-performing strategies.
  • Manage and enhance Google ad campaigns across various channels, including Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign challenges and successes, communicating findings to clients.
  • Support organic social efforts by uploading content, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Meta ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • 2+ year of experience with Google ads, including (choose relevant channels: Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, Video, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of key paid media metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPM, and ability to calculate and optimize these metrics.
  • Proficiency in building real-time and historical reports in Excel or Google Sheets to track and present paid media performance.
  • Expertise in analyzing Meta and Google ads data to provide actionable recommendations and optimizations.
  • Experience managing and optimizing ad spend budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on performance data.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients.
  • Ability to work PST hours.
  • Proactive communication through Slack, email, and video calls.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Gmail and Slack for internal communication.
  • Ability to assist with organic social media engagement and content management.
