Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5 years of estimating experience, Certified Cost Professional Certification (CCP) or Certified Estimating Professional Certification (CEP), Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Experience in federal DoD, EPC, industrial, and commercial project costing, Training in construction costs and principles.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop accurate, timely estimates for projects
- Review project plans and specifications
- Manage estimate and client processes from start to finish
- Update costs based on new information and project scope changes
- Prepare cost submission documents and review others' work
