The role: 
 

The Director, Paid Marketing will be the driving force behind BusBud’s global paid media strategies, campaigns and the team working on executing them. Their mission is to leverage data, market insights and align it with our internal corporate strategy and budget to drive efficient, profitable campaigns across various platforms.
 

 What you can expect from the opportunity:
 

  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals, targeting specific customer segments, destinations, and products.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Team Management: Proven track record in building, scaling and upskilling marketing teams
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor campaigns, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify resources, platforms and opportunities that can be leveraged to drive a paid campaign. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
 

 Who you are:
 

  • Established experience in managing a comprehensive internal budget to drive revenue through Paid Media strategies
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics platforms to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in building, leading and upskilling teams.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media advertising and other platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
