Position Summary: 
Reporting to the Tech Talent Partner, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the hiring process, primarily for technical roles. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless candidate experience and helping to organise and streamline the recruitment process. The Recruitment Coordinator will assist with various administrative and coordination tasks, enabling the Tech Talent Partner to focus on strategic recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, and following up on necessary documentation.
  • Interview Logistics: Arrange interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback is gathered. Prepare interview rooms, set up video calls, and send out necessary materials or instructions.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information, progress, and feedback, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Offer Support: Assist in the preparation of offer letters, contract documents, and onboarding materials, coordinating with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Recruitment Operations Support: Support the tech recruitment team with reporting, analytics, and insights as needed. Help streamline administrative processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Employer Branding Support: Work on initiatives to promote the company’s brand in the tech community, such as job fairs, networking events, and social media outreach, when needed.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination role, preferably within a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred) and familiarity with HR software; strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to professionally handle candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry and scheduling.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving priorities.
