Your Impact:
As a Senior UI/UX Developer on our ERP team, you will be responsible for designing and building intuitive, user-centered interfaces within a complex enterprise application. Your primary focus will be on leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks to create efficient, highly interactive, and scalable UIs that improve the overall user experience in the ERP system. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to ensure that our ERP platform is both powerful and easy to use.
Please note: This is a remote position, you must be based in India and are comfortable working 9-5pm EST (night shift) for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our ERP platform, ensuring the system is both
functional and user-friendly.
- Implement features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, and
others, to build a responsive, dynamic UI that enhances user interaction.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, interactive UI elements
that align with the ERP system’s business logic.
- Create efficient data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, reports) and data management interfaces that are
both easy to navigate and understand.
- Work with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration with APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between the
front end and back end of the ERP system.
- Optimize front-end performance and implement solutions that reduce load times and improve scalability for
enterprise-level usage.
- Maintain and refactor code to ensure long-term scalability and performance of the ERP UI.
- Ensure compatibility across various devices, browsers, and platforms, providing a consistent user experience.
- Lead UI/UX testing and feedback loops to iteratively improve the interface and functionality.
- Participate in the development of a design system to ensure UI consistency across the entire platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing complex UIs for large-scale applications, especially ERP or enterprise-level
software.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as: React (preferred), Vue, Angular, Svelte, Next etc.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vue, Recoil) for managing large application states.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices, particularly in data-heavy applications like ERPs, where clarity,
simplicity, and usability are key.
- Proven experience designing and implementing responsive and mobile-first UIs for complex applications.
- Experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaborating with designers and refining UI
concepts.
- Proficiency in Git and familiarity with version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically about user flows and data
presentation.
Nice-To-Have
- Experience working within ERP systems or enterprise software applications.
- Familiarity with ERP workflows, modules, and business processes (e.g., finance, inventory, sales, CRM).
- Knowledge of TypeScript for better type safety and code maintainability.
- Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure UI consistency.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) to enhance performance.
