This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: 12-9pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours/day)

Job Description

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our dance studio’s operations, orchestrating a variety of essential tasks that harmonize our daily activities. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth financial operations, and amplifying our online presence. This position offers a unique blend of administrative expertise and creative flair, allowing you to immerse yourself in the exciting world of performing arts while utilizing your organizational and communication skills to make a tangible impact on our studio’s growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture student and prospect relationships through email and text communications
  • Handle late payment follow-ups and collections with tact and professionalism
  • Craft and distribute engaging weekly parent communications via email
  • Create and schedule captivating social media content to showcase our studio’s energy
  • Reach out to students with irregular attendance to encourage participation
  • Perform regular updates to our student portal website, ensuring information is current
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the studio’s email inbox
  • Order and track leadership program materials as needed
  • Potential to expand responsibilities to include phone communication as the role develops
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Spanish language skills a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms, and basic web content management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for building positive relationships
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to align with Eastern Time Zone business hours
