  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to guarantee that project outputs meet or exceed standards and client expectations.
  • Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies within the organisation.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Programme Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance computing and data centre technologies.
