Trimble is looking for a Sustainability Manager, Business Integration to lead our efforts in making sustainability an integral part of everything we do. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact?

What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of empowering our business teams to champion customer success and spark innovation in sustainability. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a profound understanding of sustainability practices as they apply to the industries we serve. You’ll play a vital role in equipping our teams with the tools and insights they need to integrate sustainable solutions into every project, driving real change for our clients and the planet.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sustainability integration strategy that aligns with Trimble’s Connect & Scale initiative and business objectives.

  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for Marketing & Sales teams to enhance their sustainability knowledge and capabilities.

  • Marketing & Sales Support: Create marketing materials, customer case studies, and provide ongoing coaching and subject matter expertise to drive customer engagement and success.

  • Business Planning: Collaborate with business planning and development teams to integrate sustainability insights into short-term tactical initiatives and long-term strategic processes (e.g., T-process, LRP process).

  • Corporate Innovation & Partnerships: Work with the Corporate Innovation & Partnerships team to identify and leverage new opportunities for sustainability-driven innovation.

  • Customer Insights: Gather and translate customer and industry sustainability insights into actionable recommendations for business teams.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives on customer success, innovation, and business outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive the sustainability agenda forward.

  • External Sustainability Reporting: Lead the development of the annual sustainability report, ensuring it effectively communicates Trimble’s sustainability achievements and goals.

  • Internal Sustainability Communications: Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that drive a culture of sustainability within the organization
