About The Role:

The Senior Data Analyst (Intern), reporting to our Finance Transformation Data & Analytics Manager, will collaborate with functional and process area leads to understand data/metrics requirements, analyze data from different sources to support business decisions, and build operational dashboards. We are seeking an individual with a proactive mindset who thrives in an innovative culture, ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real-time impact on a global scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather business requirements, determine relevant data sources and operationalize new reporting assets for Accounting and Finance teams

  • Support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities related to Data Ingestion, Standardization of data assets and maintaining the overall governance

  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret and present insights to Finance and Accounting process teams

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and solve complex data and technology challenges

  • Assist in the development and testing of data models and calculation logic

  • Conduct research and gather relevant data to support Finance Transformation project objectives and deliverables

What You’ll Need:

  • Current student pursuing an MBA, Master’s degree in Data & Analytics, or related field from an accredited college or university

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau

  • Strong understanding of data management principles including data cleaning, data integration, and data validation techniques

  • Strong storytelling ability via verbal and written communication

  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box with a passion to learn and grow

  • Established track record of taking initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions
