Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting past and future business performance. Communicates findings effectively to customers and executive level management. Leads complex analyses and uses them to influence business decisions made by senior leaders. Creates solutions which utilize resources efficiently in support of strategic plans. Responsible for working with and influencing multiple customers, up to and including C- level officers.
- Consultant:
- Provides advice as regards to strategy, management, and operations as well as the structure of a business.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implements productivity, quality, and/or customer-service standards; resolves problems; identifies trends; determines system improvements.
- Accountable for full financial support as primary point of contact (POC) for a member or members of the Executive Leadership Team
- Provide matrix reporting direction and support of work for team members.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial management support to a specific customer set. Specifically, this position will:
- Initiate and drive financial support, including direction to other finance resources, to achieve client's identified business strategy.
- Develop and interpret complex modeling, with an understanding of core finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, DCF, etc.
- Build relationships with assigned client(s) and provide requested financial support.
- Influence customer decisions; propose, implement, and assess solutions.
- Collaborate with the Finance organization to provide Accounting and Finance guidance to customers.
- Help communicate and explain financial concepts and methods to individuals throughout the assigned area.
- Accurately develop, maintain, and discuss various financial reports with clients.
- Lead client's efforts in forecasting financial and/or operational results for use in planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the financial systems/processes; analyze and communicate impacts across the entire client organization and provide solutions.
- Improve processes related to achieving the above responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial discipline. MBA and/or professional financial certification preferred.
- 8+ years' experience in a finance or accounting related position.
- Proficient with Financial Reporting tools including Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and influence business leaders throughout the organization that have varying backgrounds and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven thought leader with ability to drive positive change across an organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deploy resources consistent with organizational goals, evaluate alternatives and negotiate for additional resources.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, either directly or indirectly.
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and product lines.

Base Salary Range:
$108,000.00 - $162,100.00
