Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data management? Join our team as an Insurance Data Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our insurance data. 


The role involves:

  • Maintaining and Updating Records: Updating and maintaining detailed records of all insurance policies and contact information on the platform.
  • Communicating with Insurers and Underwriters: Communicating over the phone and via email to obtain, confirm, and implement product updates.
  • Acting as the Primary Coordinator: Overseeing the data update process, ensuring data integrity and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Addressing questions from insurers, brokers, and internal teams regarding policy details.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Proactively identifying areas for improvement in data management and suggest process enhancements.


This is a mid-shift role, Monday to Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM (Philippine time). Hours may adjust slightly earlier or later based on seasonal needs or support requirements.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with insurers and underwriters.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for data management.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
