Job Description

Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be the talent expert at Autodoc. As a Recruiter for our B2B functions you will be responsible for implementing, and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals

  • Talent Expert: Leverage market data and sourcing channels to identify, engage and asses talent for the companies hiring needs

  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing solutions

  • Gatekeeper: Leverage effective communication and assessment skills to ensure the talent we engage with matches the competencies needed at AUTODOC

  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes

  • It's not just about filling positions. You'll also ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders regularly.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic fast paced environment, preferably for commercial functions: business development, sales etc. roles

  • Proficiency in Italian and French, as well as English. Additonal languages are a plus.

  • Experience hiring for Italian and Benelux market focused sales roles is highly preferred

  • Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, behavioural interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Ability to identify challenges, and develop creative solutions is important in addressing recruitment obstacles and ensuring smooth processes

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
