Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Manage the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting
