Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Heures de travail : 8 h 30 à 17 h 00 lundi-vendredi

•   AS 400 and Salesforce Data Entries

•   Provide information requested by clients; track and issue credits to clients

•   Perform any other work related to this function;

Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Additional skills

•   Secondary V and knowledge of drug terminology in the pharmaceutical market;

•   Pharmacy or laboratory experience in drug prescription preparation; and/or laboratory technician preferred;

•   Customer service experience;

•   Experience in an IT environment;

•   Alphanumeric keypad data entry speed.

•   Interpersonal skills and courtesy

•   Excellent communication with customers

•   Advanced computer dexterity

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Hours of work: 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
