Job Title: Creative Marketing Specialist
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2900 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Creative Marketing Specialist with skills in graphic design and video editing. This individual will work closely with the Director of Paid Media to develop and optimize creative content for paid advertising channels. The role requires a good eye for visual consistency, brand alignment, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative campaigns in the gardening sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Understands principles of design and can create visually engaging graphics for emails and landing pages.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for ad placements on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Paid Media to understand and implement each brand's unique identity and winning value propositions.
  • Campaign Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering ideas for campaigns, creative strategies, and optimization tactics.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, delivering high-quality creative assets promptly and effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (or other similar video editing tools).
  • Skills and Experience: Background in performance marketing, advertising, and lifecycle marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills for collaborative work.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing creative content efficiently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Copywriting experience.
  • Experience in performance marketing or advertising.
