Degree in Architecture; licensure preferred. 3+ years professional experience with a strong portfolio in design and documentation. Proficiency in architectural drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Strong design skills and knowledge of architectural principles, codes, and construction methods. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities.

Core responsibilities:

Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for various projects. Collaborate with clients and project teams to define goals, requirements, and design objectives. Prepare preliminary sketches, renderings, and concept presentations to communicate design ideas. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software, and create construction documents. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and fostering positive relationships.
