The Clinical Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and management of innovative clinical programs aimed at enhancing provider performance, promoting value-based care, and expanding the use of tele-dentistry and other clinical innovations being offered to our clients and stakeholders. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of cutting-edge dental care practices and technologies, ensuring improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
 

 

 

JOB SUMMARY DETAILS

  • Design and develop innovative clinical programs focused on provider performance and value-based care     
  • Lead the implementation of tele-dentistry initiatives to enhance accessibility and efficiency of dental services.        
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical innovation programs.        
  • Oversee the B.R.U.S.H. program, ensuring its successful rollout and operation across LIBERTY’s network.         
  • Develop metrics and benchmarks to evaluate provider performance and quality of care.   
  • Implement value-based care models to incentivize high-quality, cost-effective dental care.    
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.       
  • Work closely with dental clinical teams, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program adoption and execution.         
  • Facilitate training and education sessions for providers on new clinical programs, tele-dentistry practices.          
  • Gather feedback from providers and stakeholders to refine and enhance program offerings.      
  • Collaborate with IT and digital health teams to integrate tele-dentistry solutions into existing clinical workflows.      
  • Ensure the seamless operation and usability of tele-dentistry platforms for both providers and patients.   
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in digital health and tele-dentistry.      
  • Ensure all innovative clinical programs comply with federal and state regulations, and organizational standards of care.   
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety.         
  • Develop and implement protocols and guidelines for tele-dentistry practices.          
  • Produce regular reports on program performance, outcomes, and impact.           
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for further innovation.        
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.       
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of all clinical innovations        
  • Collaborate with Finance Teams to monitor trends.         
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
  • 6 years of in program management within a healthcare or dental organization.

 

Specific Skills/Knowledge 

 

  • Ability to interact with Cross functional teams such as IT, Finance, Clinical and Analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing clinical programs, particularly in value-based care and provider performance. 
  • Experience with tele-dentistry or digital health initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.   
  • In-depth knowledge of value-based care models and quality improvement initiatives.     
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.       
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare settings.  
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions in clinical care.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.  In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.  Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.  Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
