Bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience or Master’s degree and 4 years experience, Experience in Retirement Plan Services is mandatory, Customer service experience related to Retirement Services required, Strong written and verbal communication skills, SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus.
Key responsabilities:
- Research and resolve client-reported issues
- Prioritize client requests by impact and urgency
- Collaborate with programmers to resolve system defects
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to clients
- Provide continual support for retirement plan clients
