The Opportunity

As Principal Product Manager, GenAI – Acrobat Sign, you will be responsible for creating product vision, building a roadmap, driving execution, and delivering business outcomes across a portfolio of products. This is a growth business across all customer segments with an opportunity to create new markets to further accelerate Adobe Document Cloud’s trajectory.
What you’ll do
- Be the business owner for your products. Set the product vision, enable product execution, and drive business outcomes.
- Serve as a product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Partner with Go To Market teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption and make customers successful.
- Serve as a product evangelist with customers, analysts, and internal sales teams, and be the chief customer advocate to help drive product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Partner with Go To Market teams to successfully launch products, drive adoption and make customers successful.
- Manage metrics to measure success of product features. Partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
What you need to succeed
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Persistence and determination to ensure that your product is successful.
- 7+ years product management experience. Managed and shipped customer-facing SaaS or API products, built on complex technical systems running at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
