Client Relationship Manager - Digital Measurement (Media) / Remote / US

What you will do:

ICON Symphony Health is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Promotional Effectiveness team who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences within our growing Media vertical.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing, sales, analytical, and consulting solutions to Symphony’s media clients
  • Apply quantitative research analysis, Symphony Health's proprietary data and methodologies as applicable to Media Measurement, Patient data, and advanced problem-solving skills to address client needs and achieve project goals from start to finish
  • Derive actionable insights from the analysis of intricate data sets, creating persuasive and strategic narratives for Symphony’s media clients, all the way up to senior management and executive leadership
  • Conduct effective client meetings and implement post-delivery follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously; the Media Measurement Client Manager must organize multiple tasks and schedules in carrying out substantial business analyses and delivering high quality work
  • Proficient in handling and interpreting diverse healthcare data for Media analysis, including medical records, hospital discharge summaries, prescription information, lab results, and electronic medical record claims

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering (Biomedical or other focus), Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or other healthcare-related graduate degree preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience from the Life Science industry
  • Pharmaceutical market research experience particularly in Consumer and/or HCP measurement of paid media is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic media environment, coupled with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
  • Highly analytical and strategic problem solver
  • Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while at the same time being a part of and/or leading a close-knit team (*Strong project management, time management and organizational skills)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a plus
