About the Alternatives Consultant team within DWS U.S Wealth Team

DWS U.S. Wealth is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS’s Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels.  DWS has a wide range of alternative investments available to institutions in real estate, infrastructure, capital solutions and credit. The Alternatives Wholesale team is primarily focused on acting as a client portfolio manager to distribute existing DWS private market solutions to the US Wealth Channel. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver deep product knowledge on DWS Alternative Investments to clients and prospects across the US Wealth coverage channel.

  • Work in conjunction with Market Leaders as a product specialist to drive net new asset growth in DWS private alternatives.

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS’s wide range of investment products and global investment views across all alternative investment types.

  • Maintain ongoing conversations with key DWS clients utilizing existing private alternatives.

  • Work in conjunction with marketing to develop the proper materials to communicate DWS alternative solutions.

  • Deliver the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills

  • Strong investigative skills

  • Ability to work within a sales team structure to deliver results.

  • Strong knowledge of portfolio construction

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Licenses Required/Preferred:

  • Series 7/63

  • CAIA or CFA preferred.
