About the Role

Essity’s Health and Medical Canadian team is looking for an experienced Continence Care Program Support for customers within Long Term care and Acute care markets. Responsible for providing on-going support to various accounts. Implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with accounts. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting Tena® incontinence products within all channels.

This will be a remote position, responsible for mainly covering British Columbia with occasional travel across Western Canadian territories as needed. The ideal candidate should be located within the aligned territory and have ability to travel often.

What You Will Do

  • Develop an understanding of each customers care plan, philosophy etc.

  • Share all vital information to the Account Manager

  • Assist with the evaluation / trials process where appropriate under the Account Managers direction.

  • Participate with the Account Manager in the conversion process, with particular emphasis on the implementation of Essity programs and products. 

  • Ability to recognize potential for improvements and opportunities

  • Confidentiality required within business and customer care

  • Travel within British Columbia with some Western Canada travel required.

  • Assistance will support for TENA Check and TENA IQ Solutions

Who You Are

  • University Degree or equivalent experience within Healthcare

  • 3+ years relevant experience in Healthcare Industry: Long Term Care, Retirement, Memory Care or Assisted Living or Acute

  • Strong Communication and presentation skills

  • The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required

  • Team player

  • Flexible and positive attitude

  • Confident/experienced in bedside care

  • Experience with continence care

  • Comfort educating with support at bedside, assisting facility staff.
