Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, 10 years of experience in scheduling, 5 years experience as a scheduler for owner or General Contractor, Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite, Understanding of cost engineering and scheduling practices.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain program schedules for design projects
- Lead schedule coordination and pull planning sessions
- Review contractor's schedule submissions and conduct QA/QC
- Perform critical path analysis and monitor project progress
- Act as liaison between project teams and leadership
