Your key responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Responsibility for the coordination, planning and optimization of distribution processes, process flows and documents in the field of distribution.
  • Responsibility with daily tasks and issues regarding ERP system, checking interfaces between SAP and 3PLWH and supporting 3PLWH with all the information’s from ERP system they need.
  • Management of physical material flow from the manufacturing sites to the final destination.
  • Single point of contact for Carriers, Forwarders, and Agents during global material movement.
  • Responsibility for all compliance aspects during global material movement. Ensure that all materials are transported in a fully compliant manner by monitoring documents and material flow. 
  • Execution of all operational logistics tasks in SAP ERP system for material movements.
  • Responsibility for creation of all necessary import and export documents.
  • Establishing smooth communication flow among Order Management Team & Warehouse & Control tower & Carriers & Forwarders & Customer. 
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record/archiving management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Universitiy degree in natural sciences or social sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Very good coordination and communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-management and self-organization ability.
