  1. Itinerary Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints to create customized travel itineraries.

  3. Scheduling: Plan and schedule travel activities and appointments, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing time efficiency for clients during their trips.
  4. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, recommendations, and assistance throughout the planning and booking process.
  5. Vendor Management: Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour operators, to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and organize all necessary travel documentation, including itineraries, confirmations, tickets, and visas, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  7. Emergency Assistance: Provide 24/7 support to clients during their travels, offering assistance with changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances as they arise.
