Position Overview: The Senior Vice President (“SVP”) of Operations is part of the leadership team at Delta Group and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of products and services, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the COO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy within products and services:
    • Surveillance
    • eRemote
    • Investigative Research
    • Claims Investigations and Fraud & Compliance
  • Translate business strategy into actionable steps by developing and implementing performance metrics, performance management, and operations planning.
  • Oversee divisional operations and employee productivity and engagement, fostering a culture built on inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations across all products and services.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and communication across all products and services.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities for all profit centers.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics on an ongoing basis to inform and impact day-to-day operations and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for high level oversight and continuous improvement of the following areas with assistance of operational resources: quality oversight, operational efficiency, cost management, risk management, regulatory compliance, client engagement, team engagement and retention, and growth.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum ten (10)) years of leadership experience in key business-driving roles
  • Minimum ten (10) years of operations management experience

  • Proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Travel Requirement: Minimal (i.e., visits to home office, conferences, client meetings, and off-site meetings)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $165,000-$185,000 (State laws will be taken into consideration)
