Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Alliances Director to join our strategic partnerships team who will be responsible for Accenture and West Monroe partnerships. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic partners, particularly within the consulting and professional services space (e.g., Accenture, West Monroe, etc). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in alliance management, with a deep understanding of data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at strategic partner organizations, fostering collaboration and alignment on joint business objectives.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic partners, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, ensuring successful market penetration and customer acquisition.

  • Alliance Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of alliance relationships, including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as joint publications, speaking engagements, and webinars, to position Alteryx and its partners as industry leaders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in alliance management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

  • Proven experience as an Alliance Manager/Director working with Accenture

  • Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in the data and analytics industry, with a deep understanding of data management, analytics tools, and business intelligence solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with executives at all levels.

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with consulting or professional services firms (e.g., Accenture, RSM, Infosys)

  • Familiarity with Alteryx products and solutions

  • A track record of successful joint venture or partnership development

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.

The OTE "On Target Earnings" for this role is between $200,000 - $300,000 factoring in locations such as New York, California, Texas, DC, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
