Patient Communications Content Specialist (UK based – can be fully remote)
Help us connect with patients and their families.
Patients are central to everything we create. Our supportive clinical trial and health education materials engage and inspire action, to help people make informed choices about their health and treatment options. And we’re looking for someone who can share our vision.
We specialise in simplifying the complex. This means turning dense, clinical information into punchy, accessible, jargon-free text. You’ll be generating inclusive content for diverse audiences – whether patients, caregivers, physicians, or other healthcare professionals – and you’ll be doing this across numerous multi-media channels. Bringing in the patient voice to everything you write will be key, so you’ll also be working with our in-house patient partnership experts and listening closely to lived experience stories.
You’ll be an energetic team player with a real interest in the industry and ideally some experience in the industry who is keen to learn and expand on their skills and can hit the ground running. You will be equally comfortable communicating with external clients and internal colleagues across all levels of seniority.
We’re offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme and flexible working options. If you have what it takes to become a Patient Communications Content Specialist at Parexel and would like to join our dedicated team, working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, please apply via our careers page.
