Scheduling Coordinator

Overview:

Tingey Orthodontics is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. Our well-established practice has provided the Issaquah community with outstanding orthodontic care for over 24 years. Led by Dr. Tingey, our office strives to provide our staff with a supportive and collaborative environment to ensure each employee grows professionally and personally. Pay Rate: $20-30 an hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet each patient as they enter
• Acknowledge each patient and schedule as they leave
• Schedule appointments
• Work recall lists monthly
• Respond to new patient request for initial consultation
• Enter new patient information
• Manage office email
• Correctly save and file documents, notes, and Xrays
• Email new patients and tx letters to the Dentist
• Email xrays to the Dentist
• Request xrays from a Dentist
• Use of multi-line phone to make, answer, and direct phone calls

Qualifications

• Experience in the dental field is a must, preferably in an orthodontic setting
• Familiarity with Dolphin Management is a major plus
