SUMMARY

The Training Delivery Specialist will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our training programs through effective coordination, scheduling, and administration. This role ensures that all logistical aspects of our training sessions are executed efficiently, enabling smooth and productive learning experiences for participants. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Training Coordination: Schedule training sessions across various platforms, including virtual and in-person formats, and ensure all necessary resources are in place. 
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Set up and manage training sessions in the LMS, including course creation, participant enrollment, content updates, and tracking completion. 
  • Logistical Support: Coordinate training logistics such as room bookings, training materials, and technology setup to ensure all sessions run smoothly. 
  • Agenda Management: Confirm training agendas with instructors, facilitators, and other stakeholders. 
  • Communication: Send training invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications to participants, trainers, and relevant teams. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate training records and participant data, including attendance tracking and course completion. 
  • Feedback Collection: Administer post-training evaluations to collect participant feedback and assist in identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with training program leaders to enhance operational processes, optimize scheduling efficiency, and improve participant experiences. 

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • 4+ years of experience in training coordination, operations, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and scheduling tools. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools. 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience working with SkillJar LMS
  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or training delivery. 
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
