Position Description:
PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE Symbol: PAR) is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the PAR Legal Team. This role is responsible for providing support and execution of deliverables of the PAR Legal Team. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated attorney with 6-9 years legal experience to join the PAR Legal Team, with significant responsibility, autonomy, and development potential.

Reports To: Chief Legal Officer
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice law by a relevant state bar
- Between 6-9 years of legal experience, with exposure to resolution preparation, due diligence, and technology/SaaS industry as pluses.
- Strong drafting skills; Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and other legal documents, including employment and other professional service agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and joint development, distribution, and outsourcing arrangements.
- Critical thinking, judgement, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- First-rate oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- A self-starter, who is accountable for his or her decisions and work product.

Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proactively support the PAR Legal Team and other internal stakeholders with legal and regulatory requirements impacting PAR’s food service technology
- Collaborate with members of the PAR Legal Team and other functional areas to achieve organizational objectives.
- Actively participate in Legal and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks (legal, operational, reputational and others).
- Execute in a fast-past and dynamic work environment.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, and prior accomplishments. The position is eligible for additional compensation, including a cash bonus and equity.
