Job description

GlacierGrid is a leading energy industry player dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the ever-growing demand for energy. GlacierGrid focuses on shifting and reducing electricity usage for commercial establishments.

As a Business Analyst intern, you will be responsible for working closely with our CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic company objectives, support partnerships, engage key stakeholders, and improve company operations. You will analyze market trends, financing opportunities, and climate solutions. Your work will be impactful and actionable – including presenting findings to senior leadership and owning project deliverables to advance critical initiatives that impact our go-to-market strategy, financing strategy, product roadmap, and long term vision.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is remote, based in the US (PST time zone availability expected).

About You

Enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, currently pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree
Exceptional English language communication abilities, both verbally and written
Strong academic track record, along with proven leadership and entrepreneurial abilities
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable in a fast-moving, independently-driven work environment approaching complex problems with a data-driven,
Prior academic or work experience with researching, analyzing, and communicating business insights, market trends, or subject overviews
Prior experience working with an early-stage tech company is a plus
Experience with sustainability, climate, or energy sector is a plus

Compensation

This is a paid internship that receives:

$15/hour for undergraduate-level candidates
$25/hour for graduate-level candidates

Location: Remote, United States

Commitment: Part-time and Full-time roles available
