Our Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) Member conducts essential cyber security incident handling activities to defend organization from cyber-attacks, through timely detection, investigation and remediation of potential threats.

We are currently looking for a Software Solutions Architect-Cyber Security Incident Response Consultant to join our Professional Services team.  

Responsibilities:

-Active Directory Consultation: Provide expert guidance and consulting services to clients on all aspects of Active Directory design, implementation, and management. Implement M365 security solutions to meet customer needs and align with best practices

-Security Strategy Development: Develop security strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

-Lead and support incident response engagements, from detection and containment through analysis and remediation, while partnering with Incident Responders, Customer Success and technical Support, responding to cybersecurity incidents, identifying adversaries, remediating vulnerabilities, and restoring services.

-Support proactive incident response service engagements, including customer testing and tabletop exercises.

-Assist in capturing and deploying knowledge of latest attacker methodologies with members of our Incident Response team.

-Ensures all security incidents are tracked and documented appropriately.

-Participate in pre-sales conversations with prospective customers, Sales enablement sessions, webinars, and other business development opportunities

-Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements and challenges, and providing tailored solutions and support to address their needs. As the client's trusted advisor, identify and pursue additional opportunities.

Qualifications:

-2-3 years of hands-on incident response experience.

-Security analyst experience, preferably in a SOC or MSSP setting

-Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Active Directory, with a focus on design, implementation, security, and recovery.

-Security Expertise: Proven track record in leading and executing large-scale Active Directory migrations, encompassing both on-premises and cloud environments. CISSP or similar certification highly desired.

-Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory architecture, group policies, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and other related technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and challenges.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions and services that meet client requirements.
