This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is organized, proactive, and able to work independently while providing consistent project updates. We need someone who is dedicated, trustworthy, and ready to support our founder across multiple business areas.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Email and Calendar Management
  • Invoicing and expense tracking
  • Handling vendor communications and potential customer service
  • Booking travel and accommodations as needed
  • Taking meeting notes and summarizing key points
  • Pulling initial reports and gathering statistics
  • Coordinating team communications, including scheduling meetings and tracking project updates
  • Coordinating administrative tasks in the manufacturing business
  • Assisting with monthly real estate recurring tasks
  • Providing general social media support
  • Starting each day by creating a prioritized task list
  • Providing an end-of-day report summarizing progress and outstanding tasks

In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must be/have:

Position Details:

  • This is a remote 1099 contractor position
  • The position is 30-40 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday Friday, flexible between 8:00 am 4:00 pm MT
  • The pay rate is $25/hr. USD
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
