We’re seeking an innovative Digital Strategy Lead to champion digital transformation and strategic growth for our clients.

You'll be working within the growth marketing team (possibility later in a standalone business unit) to help us grow clients through a range of different channels. You'll work closely with the senior account managers and partners at what., and get the opportunity to collaborate with a range of specialists across channels. Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Transformation Assessment: Lead client onboarding and conduct comprehensive business assessments, identifying opportunities for digital innovation across marketing, operations, and sales. Align resources internally and with external partners to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.

  • Data-Driven and AI-Enhanced Strategy Development: Analyze data from varied sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, sales metrics) to provide actionable, AI-driven insights. Develop digital roadmaps that set clear goals for business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with channel specialists, AI experts, and technology consultants to deliver comprehensive strategies. Guide clients through the roadmap in workshops, aligning on transformation strategies that address their unique challenges.

  • Digital Transformation Roadmap Creation and Workshop Facilitation: Develop and refine roadmaps that outline specific actions for digital transformation. Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on the roadmap’s goals and ensure understanding across departments.

  • Implementation: Support clients through the transition from strategy to execution, establishing a foundation for technology adoption, streamlined processes, and AI-driven enhancements.
