Sales Representative – Online Training Services

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive sales for our online training services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help professionals and businesses acquire the skills needed for the AI/ML revolution. You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure clients receive high-quality guidance and support throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, build a sales pipeline, and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners, training departments, and corporate decision-makers.
* Sales Presentations: Conduct online demos and presentations to showcase our training solutions, customize approaches based on client needs, and emphasize the value of our training programs.
* Market Research & Feedback Collection: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to contribute to continuous improvement of our course offerings and strategies.
* Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, align messaging, and participate in promotional events, webinars, and online marketing campaigns.
* Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities, prepare regular performance reports, and provide accurate forecasts to support business growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within online training, eLearning, EdTech, or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Project Management, Agile, DevOps, AI, CRM, ERP, Machine Learning, and Data Science (or a willingness to quickly learn key concepts and trends).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
- Comfortable with remote sales methods, including video conferencing, digital marketing, and social selling.
