Job description

This Incentive/Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting all roles and organizations on topics related to Incentive Commissions. You will be a trusted cross-functional partner and have the agency to drive continuous process improvements for the calculation, management, and iteration of the Incentive Compensation process. This role would be part of the Revenue Operations organization. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely reconciliation of monthly and quarterly Incentive Commission calculations, and correspondence with the field sales on any questions or corrections
  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other data/BI tools/platforms.
  • Thoroughly understand and execute calculations on all compensation plans to ensure accuracy
  • Develop a deep understanding of incentive compensation policies, systems and reporting tools, in order to effectively drive resolution of issues.
  • Support audit compliance, documentation, and reporting
  • Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness
  • Maintain a focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing time/resource-saving solutions
  • Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to business users and operations.
  • Manage and execute SPIF programs to drive performance on immediate business priorities.
  • Present commissions related performance analysis to sales leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with your counterparts elsewhere in the organization. Trackforce is a team sport.

  • Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, economics or other quantitative fields preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience and an understanding of sales incentive programs, processes and procedures
  • Detail-orientated with a high level of numeracy and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
  • A process-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and project management skills who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to schedule time off around our monthly close schedules and fiscal year commission plan rollouts
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and highly proficient in Excel)
  • Experience using Salesforce.com CRM
  • Proactive – process-driven but seeks to find more efficient systems
