The Job
Your main goals will be: building application models and coding the logic behind the user-facing components and the database of web apps. You will be asked to focus on the performance, usability, accessibility, and adaptability of the apps.
What You’ll DoDevelop and integrate both user-facing and server-side components.Implement advanced thread management and server optimization techniques.Build and deploy LLM flows with tools such as Haystack and self-reflection techniques, enhancing AI accuracy.Apply Chain of Thought/Tree methods for LLM reasoning and improved response generation.Develop reusable code and libraries for scalable solutions.Ensure security and data protection across server interactions.Code solutions that mimic interactions with external systems.Deploy and manage applications using Docker.What You'll Bring to the TeamDegree in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience in server-side development with OOP.Strong experience in Java server development and 3+ years of recent Python experience.Expertise in thread management, optimizations, and large application performance.Experience in LLM pipelines beyond RAG, with a focus on cross-validation and self-reflection techniques.Familiarity with Docker and deployment best practices.Experience developing interaction-based code with external systems.Fluent English (C1 level) for client and team communication.Agile/Scrum mentality and strong teamwork skills.Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to project needs.Team Spirit; Good communication skills; Bonus SkillsFamiliarity with advanced LLM frameworks like Haystack, and Chain of Thought/Tree.Knowledge of AI flow enhancement techniques in Java or Python.We Offer YouFlexible Working ScheduleRemote WorkCompetitive CompensationPerformance BonusesSurprise Goodies+ Many Cool BenefitsAbout Koombea
