What you can expect in this role:
As an Operations Manager you will play a vital role in planning and delivering online market research projects and managing our online communities. You will be at the centre of action, taking ownership of project processes from start to end. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless project delivery, monitoring progress within budget and timelines, and finding ways to optimize current processes for increased efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams, coordinate project aspects, and communicate proactively with clients, updating them on project status, timelines, and deliverables. You'll also be responsible for managing online communities, writing content, and developing personalised recruitment plans to meet client needs and KPIs.

Key responsibilities:
As a Community Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan and manage the seamless delivery of a range of online market research projects, including building surveys, monitoring responses, and quality checking data sets.
  • Keep track of project progress, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline process flows and implement efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with different teams to coordinate project aspects and ensure effective project execution.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, taking a key role in status meetings and updating them on project status and deliverables.
  • Manage online communities and create engaging content to foster interaction and growth.
  • Develop personalized recruitment plans based on client needs and budgets for various participant types.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding journey and execute recruitment methods to meet client KPIs, SLAs, and project fulfilment.
  • Show a keen interest in tech/product and community management, with a desire to build a career in this line of work.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
  • Highly numerate with an analytical background and a good understanding of customer and marketing/digital principles, along with strong business reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge/Experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), and fluency in other languages will be a plus.
  • Technical background will be an added advantage, demonstrating familiarity with technology and its application.
  • Previous experience working with Consumer Product Goods Companies / FMCG companies is an advantage

Our head office is based in London, however our people work remotely all over the World.  Ideally you will be based in the UK and happy to travel to London for our monthly/quarterly meet & greets.
