FSCM expert

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FSCM Implementation & Management:
   

   • Implement and manage FSCM modules (Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Biller Direct).
     
   • Configure FSCM components to improve cash flow, reduce risk, and ensure financial compliance.
     
   • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for FSCM modules.
     

2. Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) Management:
   

   • Oversee FI-AR processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation.
     
   • Maintain customer master data, process receipts, and manage credit limits.
     
   • Monitor overdue invoices, perform aging analysis, and follow up on collections.
     

3. Process Improvement & Compliance:
   

   • Identify process gaps and work on improvements for FSCM and FI-AR functions.
     
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
     
   • Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making.
     

4. Collaboration & Support:
   

   • Collaborate with finance, sales, and other departments to manage credit exposure.
     
   • Liaise with IT teams for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and support.
     
   • Provide end-user training and maintain documentation for FSCM and FI-AR processes.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience with SAP FSCM and FI-AR modules.
  
• Strong understanding of AR processes, credit management, and cash flow optimization.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
  

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in FSCM or FI modules.
  
• Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives.
  
• Knowledge of other SAP FI submodules (e.g., FI-AP, FI-GL).
