Salesforce technical lead

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  
• Ensure that solutions are built to Salesforce best practices, adhering to both functional and technical specifications.
  

Customization & Configuration:

• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visual force, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  
• Configure Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
  
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and other technologies.
  

System Architecture & Design:

• Architect complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce solutions based on business needs and requirements.
  
• Design and implement data models, security models, and integrations that align with the overall Salesforce architecture.
  

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
  
• Support the delivery of Salesforce projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
  

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Oversee unit testing, deployment, and release management processes to ensure the quality of the solution.
  
• Address and resolve issues during the QA phase and after the solution goes live.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and technologies to improve the system and development practices.
  
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.
