Job Description

As a Cold Calling Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s expansion strategy. You’ll use your persuasive communication skills to transform cold calls into valuable leads, setting the stage for business growth. Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging cold calls to potential clients, sparking interest in our premium cleaning services
  • Set quality appointments for the sales team, paving the way for business growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
  • Follow up proactively with potential clients to secure appointments
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Utilize provided scripts and materials to effectively communicate our unique service offerings

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience with CRM software and data management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Adaptability and quick thinking to handle various client scenarios
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional calls
