Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities
:
  • Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok)

  • List and describe luxury designer products on various e-commerce platforms (eBay, Vestiaire, Poshmark)

  • Use Vendoo for inventory management and cross-listing products

  • Create graphics for social media posts and promotional materials for pop-up events

  • Write compelling product descriptions using tools like Google Lens for research

  • Update the company website with current merchandise

  • Assist with calendar management for business and personal schedules

  • Coordinate logistics for pop-up events

  • Monitor social media engagement and implement strategies to increase follower interaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Vestiaire, and Poshmark

  • Strong writing skills for creating engaging social media content and product descriptions

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools for creating visual content

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trend forecasting

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Passion for luxury fashion and current trends in the resale market

Scope:

  • Manage all aspects of the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms

  • Handle product listings and descriptions on various e-commerce sites

  • Assist with website updates and maintenance

  • Provide administrative support for calendar management and event coordination

  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business through digital marketing initiatives

  • Monday to Friday during client business hours of 8 AM to 7 PM (40 hours per week)
