This is a remote position.

Schedule:

40 hours a week

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time) with 1 hour unpaid break from 12:00pm-1:00pm (8 paid hours per day)Client Timezone: Mountain Time (Denver, Colorado)

Job Description

As a Bilingual Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and partners in this fast-paced, impactful role. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish will be essential in serving a diverse client base and expanding the company’s reach. You’ll identify and assist individuals who need legal representation or medical care following accidents, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate with legal and medical teams. This position offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and industry-specific expertise, with the potential for growth as the company expands.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to auto body shops and medical facilities to identify potential clients
  • Perform intake questionnaires and screen cases for legal viability
  • Set appointments for legal consultations and medical evaluations
  • Liaise between attorneys’ offices and medical practices
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and partners
  • Maintain detailed records and generate reports on lead generation and appointments
  • Contribute to refining client acquisition processes
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategies

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Basic understanding of legal and medical terminology related to personal injury
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
